Veins!
Dear Partners,
Vertex-Dental B.V. would like to explain the “veins-look” of :
“Pour-type acrylics; Castapress, Castavaria & Castaquick ”
Every now and then Vertex-Dental received Asked Questionnaires about the look of our veins in the so called pour type of acrylics.
Technicians tell us that they believe that there is a difference in veins.
To make everything clear about this issue, we have to explain things in such a way that it is clear for everyone. The types of veins which we use for more than 40 years in our Hot Cure acrylics like Rapid Simplified and Regular were non usable for the pouring stage of the powder & liquid mix. It appeared that the mix became lumpy in such way that the veins sticked to each other. Vertex-Dental was able to solve this problem by minimizing the length of the veins from 3mm into 1 mm. The lumpy problem was solved hereby
We hope to have informed you well.
Yours Faithfully,
Zeist, The Netherlands, August 2010
