1st day training workshop was for the whole laboratory & sales team.
Topics covered were ThermoSens and a review of all Vertex Acrylics for the sales.
It was a great success with the sales team feeling they now have a better knowledge to assist their customers
The acrylic review was a big hit with Castapress pouring denture. New opportunities for the Aussie market. We reviewed all our strategies and looked on how we can challenge the competitors more successfully.
2nd day with 2 sessions with customers
Morning was spent one on one with a new customer demonstrating ThermoSens and it benefits.
The afternoon was an update session with existing customers to trouble shoot and advise of procedure changes.
This group of 10 current users started the workshop with a forum to discuss any issues. The group was a mix of Prosthetists and Technicians.
Most issues raised were from misinformation and were resolved on the day.
Overwhelmingly the group recognized that more clinical promotion was required.The group enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and we discussed options to extend the use of ThermoSens in the workplace.
