To transfer a wax set-up by using
a pouring type of acrylic
With the Vertex pouring system you are able to make an excellent fitting denture, without raised bites and with a perfect esthetical 1 to 1 transfer. The goal of this course is to improve the production-efficiency. You learn how to transfer a wax set-up into acrylic.
Course topics
Fixing the wax model on the plaster model, placing the model in the Vertex Castaflask, filling the flask with Vertex Castagel, stabbing the channels, place back the elements, isolating, working and pouring of Vertex Castavaria. After polymerisation, finishing of the denture will be started. All in between steps will be treated quickly however very efficiently. During the course also the oral pigmentation with Vertex Acrylic Stain will be demonstrated.
Purpose
Time saving at the denture department due to a clean, simple and accurate system. A significant cost saving in the laboratory is the result. After having followed this course you will be able to produce 20 dentures (40 Vertex Castaflasks) per day.
